Otto Olsen AS has entered into an agreement to take over
all shares in NHS Transmisjoner AS.
NHS Transmisjoner AS is mainly a supplier of accessory products for hydraulic and mechanical transmissions, e.g. shaft couplings, intermediate flanges, oil coolers and spline sleeves.
The products of NHS Transmissions will complement and complement the existing range of Otto Olsen, which today is a total supplier of technical products such as seals, technical rubber, hoses, plastics and transmission products. This merger will strengthen our position as a strong player in the Norwegian market and give our customers access to a wider product range from one and the same source.
Otto Olsen AS is a trading and production company that delivers technical products to industry and trade in Norway. Otto Olsen is the market-leading supplier in its segments. Otto Olsen was established in 1866 and is a privately owned limited company with solid equity. The turnover is approx. NOK 400 million and there are about 130 employees.
For the time being, NHS Transmisjoner AS will operate as before,
but the goal is for the company and its employees to be merged into Otto Olsen AS during Q1 2020.
