Otto Olsen AS is a total supplier of prefabrication for pipes and hoses, and we supply complete pipe systems for offshore, marine and land-based projects. Project deliveries for piping systems
We offer reliable project deliveries for pipe systems both on land and offshore, and our wide selection of fittings, flanges, clamps, valves and pipes covers all needs in your project. Our experienced project team supports you from early planning to finished installation, and ensures deliveries in line with the project's requirements.
Surveying, pipe copying and documentation
We use 3D laser tracking for precise measurement and pipe copying, as well as an optical measuring system for smaller pipes. All data is integrated with our CAD and bending software, which automatically generates bending data and production drawings. Our CAD program and extensive 3D library provide flexible, customized solutions, and our ERP system ensures full traceability of materials.
Cold Solution Piping System
Our Cold Solution Piping System is a cost-effective solution where pipes are prefabricated to measure and then installed on new or existing facilities. This solution reduces costs and installation time and is ideal for projects that require tailor-made solutions with high precision and reliability.
Prefabrication of pipes
In our modern workshop, we carry out cold bending, flanging and processing of pipes and pipe parts. We have pipe bending machines for dimensions up to 6" (170 mm), and our prefabricated pipes are always delivered in accordance with the NORSOK standard and the major players on the Norwegian continental shelf. We stock systems such as F37-Parflange, EO2Form, Triple-lok and A-lok, and can fit fittings and flanges according to specific needs.
Cleaning and preservation
Our flushing facility offers oil flushing and chemical cleaning of pipes and hoses, and the Hot Oil flushing rig has a capacity of 500 l/m with inline particle counting and oil level measurement for maximum cleanliness in hydraulic systems. We also offer chemical cleaning with a capacity of up to 2000 l/m for projects that require the highest level of cleanliness and quality.
