Otto Olsen is pleased to announce the takeover of the Parker Hannifin logistics center in Ålesund. This takeover will further strengthen Otto Olsen AS's presence in the Norwegian market. The transaction is expected to close on 30 April 2024.

Parker Hannifin, global leader in motion and control technologies, has established a solid position in Ålesund by offering innovative solutions and high-quality products. The takeover will make it possible for Otto Olsen, Parker Certified Distributor since 2019, to integrate more of Parker's products and services into the already extensive offer.

Improved services and extended reach

With this takeover, customers in Ålesund and the surrounding area will benefit from an expanded portfolio of products and services, combined with Otto Olsen AS's renowned customer service and technical expertise. In the coming weeks, Otto Olsen and Parker Hannifin will contact all affected customers to inform them of each step in the transition.
