FRL units – clean, regulated and lubricated compressed air
FRL units (Filter, Regulator, Lubricator) are key components in pneumatic systems and are used to ensure that the compressed air is clean, correctly regulated and supplied with the necessary lubrication.
Proper air treatment helps extend the life of cylinders, valves and other air-powered components, while also achieving more stable and reliable system operation.
We supply FRL units in several designs adapted to different compressed air requirements and system structure.
Filtration, regulation and lubrication in one solution
FRL units consist of three functions that together contribute to stable operation in pneumatic systems.
- The filter used to remove particles and condensation and protect the components in the system.
- The controller ensures that the correct working pressure is maintained, even with variations in inlet pressure.
- The Lubricator Adds oil in controlled amounts to reduce friction and wear in pneumatic components.
The units can be combined or mounted separately depending on needs and system structure.
Features and benefits
- FRL units are delivered with a modular design that provides flexibility during installation and maintenance.
- Typical pressure range is from 0,5 to 10 bar.
- Several models come with a transparent container that makes it easy to visually check the level and operation.
- The range includes constructions in aluminum, brass and technopolymer adapted to industrial and mobile environments.
- For easier service and maintenance, there are solutions with easily removable containers and filter elements.
