High vibration resistance lock nuts
Lock nuts are used where ordinary nuts can loosen over time due to vibration, temperature variations or dynamic loading. The solutions are designed to ensure stable and reliable clamping without damaging bolt threads or requiring special tools during assembly.

Our range of lock nuts
All Metal Locknuts
All-metal lock nuts are designed for use in demanding conditions where plastic inserts are not suitable. They withstand high temperatures, corrosive environments and continuous vibration. These solutions are used where long service life and high mechanical safety are essential.
We deliver, among other things:
- Double groove lock nuts (ESL and ERM)
- Thread sizes from M2–M48 and inch dimensions
- Carbon steel, stainless steel and special materials
- Several types of locking mechanisms/tracks
- Mechanical strength classes from class 04 to 12
- Surface treatments such as GEOMET® and similar corrosion protection
Nylon Insert Locknuts
For applications with other locking requirements, we also offer self-locking hex nuts with nylon inserts.
These provide a stable locking torque and are also available with high-temperature nylon for more demanding operating conditions.
