About the Ball Bearing Center and Merko
The Ball Bearing Center AS, established in 1974, are specialists in ball bearings and related products.
Merko AS, founded in 1946, supplies standard and special components to the offshore, land-based and sea-based industries.
These companies add valuable expertise and product breadth to our business. The Ball Bearing Center and Merko will continue to operate as usual until the integration into Otto Olsen is completed, which is planned for the second quarter of 2025. Customers will be informed in good time of any changes.
